Hi! I’m Ann Marie Wakula.
I didn’t build Body AMplified from a textbook.
I built it from experience — from years of trying to “fix” my body, experimenting with every trend, pushing harder when I thought I wasn’t doing enough, and feeling increasingly disconnected from the body I lived in.
Like so many women…
✅ I did the cardio.
✅ I tried the diets.
✅ I believed the lie that less is more.
And I wondered why my energy, strength, and confidence were slowly slipping away.
What I now understand is this:
There was nothing wrong with my body.
The strategy was wrong.
And that realization changed everything.
Body AMplified was created to help women age powerfully, not passively — using a modern, evidence-based approach rooted in strength, smart nutrition, and lifestyle alignment.
Not extremes.
Not quick fixes.
Not another reset.
Something much more grounded… and much more sustainable.
As women step into midlife, the rules change — and ignoring that reality is where so many go wrong.
Muscle loss increases. Hormones shift. Stress hits differently. Recovery slows. And the strategies that once worked can suddenly start working against us.
But with the right approach, these changes are not a dead end — they’re an invitation to become stronger, wiser, and more intentional about how we care for our bodies.
That belief is the foundation of the AMplified Method™.
AMplified Strength & Sculpt™
Hypertrophy-based and functional strength training to rebuild muscle and redefine shape
AMplified Metabolic Fueling™
Protein-forward, hormone-supportive nourishment (not restriction)
AMplified Resilience™
Stress, cortisol, and sleep awareness to support true recovery
AMplified Longevity Living™
Daily habits that support vitality, mobility, and a more youthful inner state
Together, these elements don’t just change how the body looks. They change how it functions and how it feels to live inside it.
This work is informed by both lived experience and formal training. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition & Macro Coach with a specialization in strength, hypertrophy, and midlife body dynamics.
But more than certifications, it’s the years spent walking alongside women in this season of life that have shaped how I coach — with clarity, compassion, science, and honesty.
Body AMplified is for women who are ready to stop guessing… and start leading their health with intention.
Women who want to:
✨ Build real, lasting strength
✨ Support hormones and metabolism naturally
✨ Restore energy and confidence
✨ Feel capable, steady, and powerful with age
✨ Approach tools like GLP-1s or peptides responsibly (when appropriate)
✨ Be guided, not overwhelmed
No one path fits all — which is why Body AMplified offers multiple levels of support, from self-guided strength programs to fully personalized, concierge-level coaching.
But the heart of the work is always the same:
I will never sell you a shortcut.
I will never tell you to shrink yourself.
I will never ask you to override your body’s wisdom.
Instead, I will teach you how to build a body that carries you powerfully through every decade — strong, resilient, and deeply connected to who you are becoming.
Meet Talar Linder
Assistant Coach, Body AMplified
At 50 years old and a mother of three, I bring real-life experience, resilience, and a deep passion for women’s health to my coaching. I grew up playing lacrosse, but my true fitness journey began in my early 20s after receiving a high cholesterol diagnosis and noticing weight gain. What started as a personal commitment to get healthy quickly evolved into a lifelong mission.
I began with running—eventually completing the Chicago Marathon—and explored everything from Pure Barre to various training styles and diets. But it wasn’t until I embraced strength training and a macro-based lifestyle that I experienced my most powerful, sustainable results. Strength training reshaped my body, transformed my confidence, and helped me feel my absolute strongest—leading to a feature in a fitness magazine.
Now in perimenopause, I understand firsthand the physical and emotional challenges this stage can bring. That’s why I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, capable, and empowered through evidence-based training, realistic nutrition, and sustainable habits. I’m currently studying for my nutrition license so I can provide even deeper guidance and support to the women I serve.
My mission is to show women that transformation is possible at any age—and that strength, confidence, and health are within reach no matter your chapter.
